Re: 468 - Disco Elysium
First time long time here. Overall, really enjoyed Disco Elysium. Finished right at the beginning of this year, according to Steam my playthrough was 34 hours. The style, sound, gameplay, and story all do that thing where they synthesize into a really cohesive and believable world for me. Unfortunat...

If they're still available, I'd be interested in:
Darkest Dungeon DLC
System Shock 2
The Dream Machine
Overgrowth
The Swapper
Mini Metro
Elite Dangerous
Spelunky
Thanks either way, H!

My submission: Paper Boats from Transistor
Pretty sure I teared up when this came in at the end of the game.

Re: Videogame Deals
I picked it up! Ironically I actually enjoyed it quite a bit, played about an hour I think
I think the pace increase and the way it seamlessly goes to the next stage were neat, reminds me of Tetris Effect.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare
I did a brief glance around, didn't really see any mention of the release but I assume a lot of the Cane and Rinse listenerbase isn't necessarily the audience for it haha   Anywho, I'm really enjoying it so far and would be happy to play with others. I'm on PC and my username ingame is the...

Re: Game that defines the console?
MAG! Now there’s a game I haven’t heard about in a while. It was an incredibly ambitious game which my friend and I got into in a big way. I think if they’d released it on the PS4 perhaps as a launch title it would have been a phenomenon. Yeah, while never playing it myself or ever owning a PS3, a ...

Re: Game that defines the console?
Can you pick one game per console that defines that system for you? I don't mean the best game on the system, I mean the one that defines how you view the console in your mind? Hmm.. Original Xbox: Halo 1 Nintendo 64: Majora's Mask Gamecube: Smash Melee (played this at a neighbor's way too much) Ni...

Re: The "Introduce yourself" thread
Hello everybody :) Patron and avid gamer here, 22 y/o M Of the 3 jobs I've had, all have allowed me to listen to music or podcasts at work, and so in the search for a good gaming one last year I came upon Cane and Rinse. By far my favorite. I really enjoy the long form style and more thoughtful deli...
