Pretty sure there wasn’t. It featured the 10 events of the decathlon as far as I know.
Although there was tug o’ war in the sequel Daley Thompson’s Supertest...
Daley Thompson’s Olympic Challenge completed the trilogy in ‘88 and had a few different olympic disciplines but again, no arm-wrestling.

Damn that Gus to hell. Not sure where the image of the arm-wrestler came from but I can still see his big smug face and arm. Must be something else.
Edit: didn't see the combat school thing, sorry. Doesn't look familiar but I might have come across it during my "stand in front of an arcade machine pretending to play it" days
