Thanks for the heads up. Thats bizarre then, because it's clearly a limitation of the podcast player software rather than a direct limitation of the RSS feed or anything from Apple. There doesn't seem to be a logical reason to limit anything to 300 episodes.

No idea why but nearly all of the podcast apps restrict to 300. I downloaded about ten different apps and this one was the exception

That's a shame. The later ones do play much better than the PS1 games.

I’ve just done a search on here and it seems like it hasn’t been suggested yet.

Omikron: The Nomad Soul

Quantic Dream’s Bowie starring debut masterpiece.

It is on the list. It was given away when Bowie died too.

There is not a lot of love for Quantic Dream among the team though as you may have gathered from our previous podcasts!

I gathered that although it’s a different beast entirely. It’s actually got gameplay for a start! Part adventure game, part FPS/beat em up and completely bonkers!

It’s very ambitious and I think would make a great podcast.

Curse of the Monkey Island just popped up on Steam/GOG. So maybe its a good time to revisit thought of doing Monkey Island Trilogy ? :) I know that first two are usually considered "must-play" but i think that addition of great voice actors in Curse makes it great part of the series.

If people are throwing point and click games on the list, I'd like to add

Syberia 1 and 2

The Raven

I believe those are all on the list but I’ll check.

Edit: They weren't, but they are now.

I’m sure this has been requested but Dino crisis would be a great show off the back of the resident evil shows

I've always wondered why they didn't continue that series, OR make another game in another setting following the exact RE template in the way Dino Crisis did.

The third game was pretty bad and didn’t really sell that well. Capcom aren’t as cash rich a company as many of their rivals either, they’re pretty much the only major Japanese publisher that hasn’t merged with another publisher or a larger parent company (Namco with Bandai, Square with Enix, Koei with Tecmo etc...)

There was also a mobile game and a ‘Gun Survivor’ spinoff.

I’m sure they are on the list but I’d love to hear some more Amiga games get the cane and rinse treatment.

Cannon fodder, Zool, alien breed, turrican, lemmings, the dizzy series would be great and popular enough to be in with a chance.

There a few more obscure titles I loved but I doubt anyone would be interested in playing them for the show or tuning in to hear them discussed.

Cannon Fodder is one of the few games from back then that I would just so love an update for. Not even an update really, a straight up port of the Amiga or Megadrive version in HD would suit me just fine. It baffles me they've never gone back to that series.

It’s a fine game. I remember the graveyard of all my fallen soldiers was huge and the theme tune still jumps into my head every now and then!
