Nice work guys! I need to learn to be less greedy with the great sword. Next up, the Owl! I'm going to be a prowler for this one.

Grim is definitely out on this one again so if anyone else is about drop a comment but I think we're safe with 3 if nobody else takes up the gauntlet

Just one sec more, the beauty of social media will bring us one more player in 2 secs

Luckily it's Carl once more, I pulled him back from the point of sleep to get it done :D

Win or lose, we get one shot against the biggie tonight!

I woke up at 5:45AM to hunt - sleep sacrifices must be made when monsters are afoot!

And that my friends is exactly what we wanted, we must've had about 30 seconds left on the clock and zero resources but a first time win against the hardest the demo had to offer isn't a bad accolade for a night. Thanks for playing guys, lets hope there's more in store down the road.

I took a wrong turn the last time he flew away so I was running across the map watching the clock tick down and everyone's health deplete. I could feel the desperation of trying to finish the job as I hurried to reunite. Got back just in time. That was awesome.

If you need another hunter hit me up on Twitter @CraigedyCraig .

I've been trying to get into Monster Hunter since the entry on the Wii U, I love the idea of it, the character and personality but I've never got beyond getting my first gear set and I think that comes down to me never getting the sort of experiences you guys have described here which I suppose is naturally enhanced in multiplayer.

I'm in grey territory over it right now. It'll depend on the regular crew. Not sure a mega session every few days is even possible for me anymore.

I have a three year old going through an awkward phase, a new baby due in November, a father in critical illness (again) and a job that demands I do overtime at a moments notice. So, mega sessions wont be a common thing for me if I do get it either, but if you do and you need someone to play with at a casual pace with little warning when time does become available then I'm your man. It's a shame to hear you're not likely to get it though as some of the stories of your sessions on here (or ones where you have been involved) are what keep me interested.

does generations have anything new other than a couole of monsters and the new skill system? I tried out the demo but I felt like I was playing IV with a couple of new moves. i've always wanted to try out the bow weapon but in solo it's quite impossible.
