Ah, but you gave a much fuller reply so thank you JC.
Re: Game suggestions for the podcast
Totally appreciate both the replies and that the longlist is...long, so hope these requests aren't wearing, especially when they've been discussed previously! I also really hope that the Patreon will be a continuous burn and that you'll hit that goal, even if not this year. Thanks for everything, chaps.

Of course we enjoy the requests, that’s what the thread is for!
Re: Game suggestions for the podcast
This months retro gamer brings something to mind:
Rebelstar - Rebestar Raiders - Laser Squad - XCOM
Chaos - Lords of Chaos
How many of the Gollop-verse games are already on the long list? The first XCom would be probably the most interesting to cover (first game I ever bought a strategy guide for, fact fans)

Just about all of Gollop’s games are on the long-list. We touched upon the original UFO/X-COM in the show about the XCOM reboot.
Xenonauts is also on the long-list.

Thanks for replying.
I don't like to request stuff I already figure was on the list, but it's nice to hear that a series playthrough has been considered.

Re: Game suggestions for the podcast
Far better to let us know even if you suspect a game (or series) may be on the list.
Resident Evil is a bit of a weird one, since RE4 was covered in the very early days (Issue 2, I believe), but I know there's a desire for the series to be covered.
As always, no promises, but just wanted to let you know that it has been, and is being, discussed.

Re: Game suggestions for the podcast
Hey guys! I would love to hear your thoughts on:
Super Metroid
Condemned: Criminial Origins
Prey (the first one)
Especially "Condemned" is a way too overlooked game. Please cover it!

Replaying it now and would love to hear you guys cover Dragon's Dogma Dark Arisen, though I'm sure it's on the list.

Oh, now I feel foolish. Thanks though!
Re: Game suggestions for the podcast
I think - and I could be wrong - but it was before Dark Arisen came out though.

ISS/ Pro Evolution Soccer. Any chance at all of those getting covered at some point?

Re: Game suggestions for the podcast
So obviously we've already looked back at some of the older footy franchises in one show, but tackling FIFA and/or ISS/Winning Eleven/PES in one show would be a massive task, while doing multiple shows about the series' would almost certainly lose us listeners! So we're still thinking about how to approach these but we have some massive football (and footy game) fans on the squad so we are keen.ADumican83 wrote: ↑November 14th, 2017, 9:31 pm ISS/Pro Evolution Soccer. We'll only schedule them when we've found a way to do the subject(s) justice though.
