Wow, insane.

If you have a PS4 with PS+ and if you like video games, play Bloodborne (if you haven't already).

Ok so this is absolute bullshit:

https://www.polygon.com/2018/2/28/17062 ... games-2019

So from Feb next year, PS+subbers will be getting a fraction of what they get now, for the same cost.

I understand dropping PS3, but the Vita is not a dead system! It has games released for it every single week! Not to mention most of the Vita games on PS+are cross buy with PS4, often meaning you get four PS4 games per month rather than two.

Sony just aren't even trying any more with stuff like this. Microsoft are shitting on them from the stratosphere with their subscription services right now, not to mention allowing EA access on their system.

I've been pretty die hard Sony for many years, but I'll seriously consider making the jump to XBox next gen if things carry on this way.

I personally haven't cared about the free games on PS Plus for a while now, but I may well let my subscription lapse come the summer when it expires due to the price hike and lack of interest in online gaming on the system beyond Destiny 2 which is frankly on borrowed time for me. I play on my Switch far more these days. See what happens...

Sega Megadrive Classics coming to PS4 in May. 50 games, one disc.

https://blog.eu.playstation.com/2018/03 ... -29th-may/

Will I play all these again? Probably not.

Is this worth buying if you already own the PS3 version which is pretty much the same?
Probably not.

Will I get it? Almost definitely.

Obviously whenever one of these compilations comes out, people inevitably complain their favourite games aren't on it, no matter how obscure or forever in licencing purgatory, but there are some surprising omissions here like Sonic 3/Knuckles and Ecco. The PS3 version was pretty boss though, can imagine this will be the same.

My only nitpick is that it's missing Phantasy Star 1. I like having a complete set of those

Phantasy Star I was Master System, but it has been included as an unlockable extra in some previous compilations so there's a chance.

Fuck yes! I have had a SHITE day, but this has cheered me up! Next months PS+ games, including two I've been wanting to pick up since they were released! Couldn't be happier with these! Plus an arcade classic for Vita, it's all good!

Mad Max (PS4)
Trackmania Turbo (PS4)
In Space We Brawl (PS3)
Toy Home (PS3)
99 VIDAS (PS Vita)
Q*Bert Rebooted (PS3/PS4/PS Vita)

...And the news nobody was waiting for. Spyro Trilogy Remastered.

https://blog.eu.playstation.com/2018/04 ... september/

I hope plenty of people get that nostalgic hit they want from playing this, but I have no love whatsoever for that series!

The Detroit Become Human demo is much better than I expected after heavy rain and beyond two souls.

I didn't know there was a demo!

That said, I will probably keep clear. All my energies are focused on avoiding gaming news in case David Cage goes and does something so bad I can't pick up the game with a clear conscience.

Your May PlayStation Plus games are:

Beyond: Two Souls (PS4)
Rayman Legends (PS4)
Risen 3: Titan Lords (PS3)
Eat Them (PS3)
King Oddball (PS Vita)
Furmins (PS Vita)

Fairly pleased, I almost bought Rayman Legends a couple of weeks ago and decided to hold off for PS+! Genuinely! (Although shame it's not Cross Buy with Vita version).

I'd have preferred Heavy Rain to Beyond to be honest, but still, nice to have a digital copy if I ever want to replay it.

I know nothing about the other games.

Stardew Valley fits handheld perfectly.

Although however, you’ll be chomping through battery as it’s such a bloody; “Ok, just one more day.....”

H1Z1: Battle Royale is now free on PS4. Haven't got time to play it now but I'll definitely be giving it a try over the weekend. From what I can gather, it's just another 100 player last man standing wins game, but it seems to be popular on PC.

June PS+ games are:

XCOM 2 (PS4)
Trials Fusion (PS4)
Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Future Soldier (PS3)
Zombie Driver HD Complete Edition (PS3)
Squares (PS Vita)
Atomic Ninjas (PS Vita)
EDIT: Also, CoD: Black Ops III (PS4)

Pleased with Xcom 2. Already have Trials, but it's a good game. The rest of the games are nothing exciting really but what you gonna do.

I've been teetering on pulling the trigger on this for a while and seeing that E3 has seemed to not offer up any further versions, bundles or offers, the decision has been made simpler form me.

Couple that with the Playstation Days of Play promotion with 30% off the headset, plus a free game and £18.99 off a pair of Moves controllers, this makes this package come in at a very appealing price point for me to jump in at.
