Now, its a bit more complicated than that i know. For example, is the game worse off for having them? Or are they purely cosmetic?
And I have not bought a game brand new because of business reasons but ended up buying it used instead. I just feel like writing a game off entirely is a bit like cutting your nose off to spite your face.
Theres gotta be a happy medium for you, especially if you like the series! If your methods to not play games will persist you might end up not playing many games at all the way the industry is heading
