I have one and it's lovely. Toaplan 1 and 2 are my top carts at the moment.

RE4 wasn't even close to the first game to feature adaptive difficulty (listen to our Gradius (1985) series show for a much earlier - though still at least 10 years on from the first - example), but RE4 sure did it elegantly!

Interesting. I was actually pleased and surprised by how far they went away from the UI template compared to the RE2 and 3 remakes. I wanted some continuity - especially being able to use d-pad shortcuts for weapons which I don't think many would argue isn't a big improvement over the original - but...

It's not always possible to negotiate a permanent license for music tracks or image rights, to name two examples.

I'd recommend folks just buy the game now, while it's the price of a pint.
