Re: Your Forum Name/Gamer ID Origins
Just saw this thread, thought I'd add my origin story to the rest: Me and a friend got Final Fantasy: My Life as a King on the Wii, and were trying to come up with a cool name for our city. I think I just made him put in some random letters, tle, and I finished it off with prie. It was a while befor...

Re: Star Wars: Battlefront
Everything I have read about the game so far is making me really excited. While space battles would be cool, they were pretty mediocre in Battlefront 2, and I am fine without them. Split Screen co-op is also a HUGE bonus. I am a big fan of couch co-op/multiplayer, and with so many multiplayer games ...

Re: Comics (Batman, and other comics in general...)
I don't stay up to date on any series, instead just borrow from friends or the library. Sometimes me or my brother will get our favorites from amazon or a local shop if they have them. My favorites in no particular order: Chew, Watchmen, V for Vendetta, The Invincible Iron Man, Civil War, House of M...

Re: Wii U co-op for kids
Another great game that has co-op is Guacamelee. Although it is another moderately challenging platformer.
I have never personally played co-op in Guacamelee, but have heard good things about it.

Re: WiiU Co-op For Kids
I recommend New Super Mario Bros. U. It can get a bit challenging, but if someone is using the game pad, they can help out by placing temporary platforms. With the game pad 5 people can play, although only 4 will be characters on screen. Similarly, Rayman Legends has 4 player co-op. It might be a bi...

Re: Videogame Deals
I ended up getting Vice City, and it is decent fun. The on ground combat isn't very good, but driving works well enough. The best part, as with most other GTAs, is the radio stations. I've mostly just drove around listening to the talk radio.

Re: Sound of Play: 8
I really liked this episode. I listened to it while driving to class, where I had a calculus test to take, and the Donkey Kong tracks seemed very fitting with my mood.
Dead Island trailer song is amazing, and I really love the flower soundtrack, finally bought it about a week ago.

Re: PlayStation Plus (and the PS Store in general)
GTA games are on sale at the moment, and I was wondering if anyone had any experience with the PSP/vita games? any of them significantly better/worse than the others?

I haven't played any of Origins, but I am really hoping that Azrael plays a big part, his side quest and the Zsasz calls were my favorite parts of City

I am only an hour or so in, (never played the original) and currently have some bread, balloons, and no idea what to do with them.
I shall probably resort to a walk through on a decent amount of the game.

I may have to get Pac-Man. as for the mario themed ones, I'm not too interested, but I am glad that they are quickly moving away from only smash characters.

Re: This week's podcast recording: Spelunky
Spelunky is one of my favorite games of all time, possibly my #1. I originally heard about the free version somewhere, I think someone related it and the Binding of Isaac (another one of my favorite games), and I decided to check it out. The original didn't really grab me, but when I heard an update...

Re: Spelunky Sundays!
I had plenty of items on the hell run, just no gold. And it has taken a lot of practice and time. I have around 7500 deaths across Vita and 360.
