Re: Games Completed 2020
rWeQKxhnZto Yie Ar Kung Fu. A nice One Credit Clear that I can see me continuing onward with to try and get the no death. Also from the livestreams I randomly One Credit Cleared a few shoot 'em ups. They weren't planned, but maybe that's the fun of it all. _bcyG6M4TkU GG ALESTE 2v9wB7Ec_m4 GOKUJO P...

Re: Street Fighter 2: Special Champion Edition - Maximum Difficulty/No Rounds Lost
That's a lot of practice and dedication my dude! Nice one! Is Ken one of the more stronger/has more options characters in this game? Ken is so much fun on this version, because if you play super aggressive, he's really hard to deal with. The last livestream I did this past Thursday, I had a go at t...

Street Fighter 2: Special Champion Edition - Maximum Difficulty/No Rounds Lost
Hit this clear the other night on my return to streaming.
Was so much fun to do it live as well, dangerously close to the magic million points as well.
Ken is so amazing on this version!

Re: The videogame music thread (also Sound of Play submissions)
AsfP3qWrSF0 On my recent adventure to the Island of mutual combat, I took my Megadrive Mini with me to kill the quarantine time as best I could. My first few days were spent playing a lot of Dune 2, but it wasn't until I booted up Phantasy Star 4 that I really fell into a big cycle of shutting the ...

_3n0blnIaBg Salamander - Arcade - No Death Clear begins 29:37 This was something else, and setting myself the challenge of trying to do it on a livestream added so much to the clear, especially the last level. What a rush, I honestly can't tell you how good it felt to get that clear done. Incredibl...

Super Pang - One Credit Clear
Ks709ADdLfg I got it! Finally, after what seems like forever trying to get this done on the streams! I nailed a One Credit Clear on Tour Mode of the SNES version! Amazing, honestly this clear had absolutely everything and then some, and it gets a bit emotional. Keep on trucking my friends. There's ...

Dune 2 - Megadrive version over on Patreon for One Credit. Did it over 9 parts with Harkonnen. Loved the Amiga version when it came out in the 90's and never got a chance to play the MD one. Glad I did it's cracking! It's great, isn't it? If only I had more time to just play video games... It's fan...

Re: The Toastie Chronicles
Superb thread. I also bought a toastie machine a couple of weeks in to lockdown, having meant to replace my old broken one for years. I'm usually a quick and easy beans or hoops kind of guy, not been very experimental. I do make pizza toasties though. You can buy pizza topper next to the pasta sauc...

A shedload of Card Fighters Clash on the Neo Geo Pocket!
Just finished an 11 Part Longplay on the channel and beat the Capcom version the other day! The rules are explained in the first video, for those new to it. It's honestly one of my favourite handheld games of all time!

Re: Let's have a thread about the virus, then. We might as well.
This week I started a 50/50 Home/Office Schedule although it's obvious that soon we will move into fully home working. I've streamed a shitload of games on Youtube tbh, it's not bad. As you might imagine the world of organized violence has stopped, and I've not got any more judging gigs in the forse...

Streets of Rage - Sega Master System. What a cracking version this is. Honestly I had so much fun doing this, it came out 2 months after SoR2 so was always going to get lost in the shuffle but it's incredible. Also it's mad how it's completely different to the GG version which you don't always see. ...

Re: Whatcha Been Playing?
Pokemon Ultra Sun on the 2DSXL. I bought this the day before my big trip to Oz and I can honestly say it's one of the best Pokemon games I've ever played. Loads of new gameplay tweaks, awesome new Pokemon and a fresh engine really made it fantastic. I'm about 20 hours into it at the moment and I'm r...
