Seems like. I haven't seen any of the newest wave in any of the shops I've tried so far, and Rosalina is 40 quid on Amazon at the moment so...

Five new amiibo are out today!

King Dedede
Sonic
Mega Man
Meta Knight
Shulk

I only managed to get Sonic and Mega Man. Argos cancelled my other 3 and didn't tell me, leaving me no chance to get them elsewhere.

Suddenly, I am relieved of this amiibo addiction. I don't need them all... do I?

I managed to get Zelda when she launched, the only other one I actually wanted was Rosalina, but she's basically impossible to find.

If they made these easier to get, I would have more of them.

So, Nintendo fail.

I've got Megaman on the way from Amazon, and they're doing Wii Fit Trainer for £12,so ordered here as well. Got Toad, Wario and Charizard pre-ordered. If I can get Pac-Man as well I'm sorted.

Makes me wish Kirby's Epic Yarn was a Wii U release just so they can make a Yarn Kirby Amiibo!

I'm a little surprised I haven't succumbed yet, I really thought that Amibo would appeal to the collector in me who 100%'s Pokémon or collects every weapon in Souls games but for some reason I just don't care which as a long time Nintendo fan is a little disappointing.

I've officially kicked the habit, Nintendo are absolutely taking the piss now. If you don't get a pre-order in immediately, you're shafted. Fuck it, i'm done.

I have the same approach nowadays. If I see them, i'll get them but it takes far too much work.

Fuck it!

Nintendo are utter cock-up merchants. They know how popular these are, they should be mass-producing them like Skylanders. But no, they're making their fans suffer, and struggle to find the ones they want.
They're cunts, and they can fuck right off.

Today, the company issued an apology to fans, expressing remorse for any frustration its perpetually understocked and mismanaged toy-line has caused since it launched late last year.
