What a terrible decision you need to make :) I'd go into town and try and get a hands on. I've heard the resolution thing before but you obviously get used to what your looking at. Does this mean that contemporary pixel art games look even better on the N3DSXL? :D

So, I bought a New 3DS XL last week as a reward for clocking a significant amount of overtime last month. Up until this point I have only had an original day-one, release 3DS and a 2DS I was given as a five year anniversary gift from work. The big screen is such a massive improvement! I didn't know the diddy old screen was an issue until I got this!

That sounds more like a fan wish list than an agenda.

I have to admit the NewXL is the one to get. The enlarged screen gave me no issues in terms of clarity and if anything you'll get a deeper depth to the 3D. My launch 3DS gets almost no playtime now despite being the one that initially won me over, switching back it's just tiny. If you're anything like me you'll spend an age agonising over the upgrade to an XL, do yourself a favour and skip the issue with £20. Don't forget a power adaptor too!

That just doesn't even make sense. Was it compatible with older DS chargers then, I'm assuming? But even if that's the case, poor show!
