I agree, I don't think they'll announce a price to be honest, but I'm still putting 14th as my guess in the sweepstake :)

Suits wrote: June 11th, 2020, 10:57 am It's essentially their E3 presentation though isn't it ??

I'm of the thinking if E3 was still taking place, it would have been show off there at some point, so I'm kind of expecting to see something of the box.

But who knows.

Much excite.
These are my thoughts. I’ve had an email from game most days this week reminding me about it so I think it’s a big deal.

Im assuming this is their E3 show and they will tell us something. Although they might announce another showcase in a a few weeks at the end of this one.

Prediction: Oblique creepy teaser followed by the words Survival Horror coming up in white letters on a black screen. All the letters fade apart from "S" and "H" before being replaced with "ILENT ILL"

That was, ok I guess.

I’ve not seen anything from either Sony or MS to make me think I need to buy either new console this year.

Aside from a couple of games I’m genuinely interested in everything shown tonight. It was a games showcase with something for everyone. Splendid.

I’ve watched the Jett: The Far Shore trailer several times already. I have no idea if it’ll be any good and it’s probably multiplatform but right now it’s lovely.

It’s going to take something pretty epic to get me to drop the kind of prices being talked about for both consoles.

Going to want to play the Spider-Man and Horizon sequels, but enough to buy the machine at launch? Probably not.

I guess we wait and see if MS are going to show any first party stuff any time soon.

I thought the games looked good, but there wasn't anything that I'm going to feel like I'm missing out on until I eventually get one. Honestly though, I'm not sure what would have. Perhaps a new Uncharted or Bloodborne 2, but neither of those were going to happen anyway. Demon's looks nice.

Well you weren't a million miles off with the Resi 8 trailer, same idea anyway.

Really liked the vibes Little Devil Inside was throwing out, Ratchet and Clank looks slick as hell, and obviously I want to play Horizon. Glad to see a Housemarque game, too.

Really don't like the machine design and the OCD in me is making me get the digital only one.

A fair few games interested me though:

Project Aithia
Returnal
Ghost Wire
Pragmata
Jett (or Interstellar the game as I'll call it)
Horizon 2
Resi 8 (Chris Redfield needs to have a day off the gym?)

Obviously some I'll be able to play on my Xbox One X so I guess it's wether or not Horizon 2 is a system seller right now.

Impressive display of games! As I've stated before I'll only be getting the XOBX at launch, and maybe only, but some of those exclusive games look drop dead gorgeous. Ray-Tracing it Hitman is a thing of beauty, though I'll assume that's cross platform as I believe both consoles to be comparable in RT tech.
Have you seen this though? It's tall!!

So 9 of the games were first party, and of the rest 10 of them are Sony console exclusives (some of those only timed ones).

So a lot of that stuff will be on the pc too, and quite a few of them on the Xbsx. (All the Annapurna stuff will be on PC for sure, and the capcom games will be on Xbsx)

Also: I still have that goddam bugsnax song stuck in my head.

Not a fan of the aesthetic but I don’t give a hoot as long as it’s quiet.

It has to be quiet.

Not sure about others, but the noise my Pro makes actively puts me off using it, it ridiculous.

A bit gutted Horizon II won't co-release on PS4 but it's not too surprising I suppose. It looks utterly terrific nonetheless and I can't wait to eventually get stuck in.

Very chuffed that Hitman 3 will get a PS4 release though, and has support for your progress and unlocks in the previous games apparently.

Sooooo apparently Spider Man 2 isn't what was shown. It's just a remaster of the first game with expanded Miles Morales stuff. Dick move from Sony there, nothing indicated this wasn't a full sequel in the trailer!
