Alex79uk wrote: May 14th, 2019, 1:57 pm Well, I've done mine, it took a couple of hours but only because I had a couple of hiccups where the guide wasn't quite right. Worked it out in the end though! Nice, handheld Megadrive and SNES again, woohoo!

It's fairly straightforward, if you can follow guides it's not too much hassle, although it does involve a few techy bits like installing Python to your PC and running some other software. I'd rate it more difficult than hacking a Wii, but much easier than a 360.

FYI hazedredmist, it's a permanent hack, so no need to reapply once you turn off the console. If anyone decides to go ahead and hack their Vita and runs in to any trouble just PM me and I'm happy to help.
Very interested in doing this!

Never tried when the first hacks starting popping up a couple of years back.

Anywhere you can recommend with the best guide on how to get it done? Don't suppose Python and the other software mentioned runs on mac??

I believe you can use a Mac, there are several different guides. Not sure about forum etiquette with linking to hacking guides, but if you Google Vita Trinity Hack you should find something. I'll have a look which one I used when I get home and PM you :)

June 2019 PS+ games are:

Sonic Mania

Borderlands: The Handsome Collection

You know what, I'm fairly pleased with this months offerings. Two games I wouldn't have paid for in a million years, but will happily try out for 'free'. Borderlands is effectively two games, being Borderlands 2 and The Pre-Sequel, along with all the DLC, so all in all, a decent month for a change! Nice.

Wipeout is good if you're into that, although do be aware there aren't any new tracks, it's essentially a HD comp of old stuff / the Vita game.

Played the PS3 and Vita games loads, but still pleased with the Omega Collection. Been considering it for ages. Sniper Elite is one of those games I'd never even consider buying but keen to give it a try.

Ah yeah, VR is a great bonus if you have a headset.

I had a whale of a time with Wipeout when I picked it up a few years back.

I’d not played the PS3 version so was well impressed with the content.

And yeah, it’s a great showcase for PSVR I think, it’s often a go too that I use to show off the hardware.

Yeah, I bought two copies of Wipeout Omega Collection, one for me one for my brother, when it came out. It is excellent but as I had already hammered Wipeout HD + DLC and I own Wipeout 2048, it blew over pretty quickly for me.

I’ll never go near Wipeour in VR again. Made me motion sick as hell at my brother’s house on Christmas Day last year! Brilliant collection though that I often play when I’m at a loose end. Never played a Sniper Elite so look forward to trying that.

September 2019 PS+ games are:

Batman: Arkham Knight
Darksiders 3

Slim pickings for me this month. Loved Batman but don't really want to play it again, and I find Darksiders beyond dull. Still, I know the series has its fans (somewhere!?) and Batman was really brilliant, so it's a decent month for someone!

Well, personally I think that was an unbelievably poor show.

October PS+ games confirmed on the show, too.

The Last Of Us Remastered
A baseball game.

MLB is meant to be brilliant but I've never played it. Nevertheless, I don't have PS+ any more, so that won't change. TLOU2 looks very much what you might imagine it would be like at this stage of late subsequent gen.

Looks great but I could have done without the spoiler.

Yeah I'm disappointed they showed that, it would have been a great moment in the game.

The internet would have no doubt spoilt it prior to launch if they hadn't.

Seems the big Batman rumours never panned out

Yeah shame, I wouldn't mind replaying Asylum. And Origins actually, but don't think that's available on PS4.

Plus the Internet would have kicked off at two Batman months in a row!
