The most addictive shmups with the GREATEST music
I played quite a bit of these and have added them to the big list.

That's lovely to hear.
I expect we'll be looking at a similar time again this year, for Patreons first again of course.

I don't think Titanfall 2 has been covered yet from a scan of the previous shows, rather just the original.

If it's not on the list, would love an episode considering that, especially the multiplayer.

Thanks!

Would love to hear C&R's takes on the House of the Dead franchise.

You'll be pleased to know that six House of the Dead games are already on our big list, as well as Typing of the Dead!

Ah you see, I stopped playing 'computer games' around the launch of the PS2 because my poor PC's graphics card could run Aliens Vs Predator and not much after that, once Red Alert 2 came out it became too much of a hassle for me to bother my parents for the newest Voodoo card and I went into full console gaming mode.

I'm not sure they're different enough to warrant individual episodes, but I think the series of Trials games could make a good episode. Especially since they seem to have got (arguably) worse and (definitely) more obnoxious with microtransactions with each release.

They’ve always been on the list. Very difficult games to complete, however.

I second Trials. Loved the first one and am beyond disappointed at what Ubisoft has done to the series. Would be an interesting topic to be sure!

Everything since Trials HD on the 360 has been a steaming pile of horse shit. Every time I try them again, and every time I find myself disappointed. The most recent game is one of the most obnoxious messes of a game I've played in years. It's not got a single redeeming feature, and I'm genuinely considering writing a paper letter to the developers asking why they've let the series become this.

What about English of the Dead - the Japanese only DS game?

Hmmm... well, only game that I can think of suggesting that has not already been suggested from my limited search would be AI: The Somnium files, which is from the creator of the Zero Escape trilogy. Also, I'm curious as to what the stance for fan translations is? I've seen a few series here recommended, such as Trails and Ace Attorney, which have one or more entries not officially translated into English.

I think we’ve covered games with fan translations before. It certainly wouldn’t be a problem.
