Yeah it was very rough. I only tried shooting out of pure desperation. I was younger then, games were expensive and I was in the "I finish games" mindset. Now I would just have given up.

How did they make driving around Istanbul so boring, such an interesting setting

Are D and D2 on the list? I believe the first D has a GOG release which might make it more easily accessible than D2 which I think is Dreamcast only (but I'm not sure on that).

I can't believe you had the Gaul to tell that horrible joke about France.

Sometimes it's best just to turn a blind eye at that disgraceful level of punnary...

While it may be a bit too on-the-nose of a title for such an unfortunate time we're living in, I would like to suggest The End is Nigh for a future episode. Edmund McMillen's semi-biographical game combines creative gameplay ideas, an equally dreary and dreamy environment, sensational reimaginings of classical music, and an expected dash of difficulty that created one of my favorite games of the 2010s. It's the sort of game that offers more when you delve into it despite a relatively slow start, and while it absolutely won't be for everybody, I think it more than deserves a caning and/or rinsing.

Finished The Artful Escape last night and absolutely loved it. Think it would make for a really fun episode!

Skate, Skate 2, Skate 3..

Wings (Amiga of course)... And the caveat being I would have to be on the show just to hum the theme tune :)

All of the Cinemaware games are on the list already.

I will add the Skate series though, which surprisingly absent.

The Forgotten City

It's so charming and interesting. Like Majora's mask mixed with Skyrim. (It is also short so you could probably have an easy week after this one)
