Jan 23: OlliOlli (Amateur levels) - £5.38
Jan 28: Super Mario 64 (70 stars) - £0.00**

Feb 2: Batman: Arkham Origins - £6.88
Feb 3: Super Mario 64 (remaining 50 stars)
Feb 7: Super Mario Sunshine (51 shines)
Feb 10: The Wolf Among Us Episode 2- £0.00**
Feb 12: Spelunky, Ironman, Olmec. - £0.00
Feb 17: Ratchet and Clank: Nexus - £19.99
Feb 20: The Swapper - £0.62 (Humble Bundle XI)
Feb 24: Donkey Kong Country Returns Tropical Freeze - £29.95
Feb 27: Stick it to the man - £2.81
Stick it to the man (PC) - A fun, silly comedy point n click adventure disguised as a 2D platformer. It kinda reminded me of The Cave in that aspect but funnier. I could do without the Agents chasing me, though. That just felt like padding and wasn't really essential to the gameplay.

02/01 - The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds
06/01 - Final Fantasy XIII-2
07/01 - Super Mario 3D Land
08/02 - Persona 3: Portable
09/02 - Final Fantasy XIII-2: Requiem of the Goddess (DLC)
10/02 - The Wolf Among Us - Episode 1: Faith
11/02 - Telltale's The Walking Dead: All That Remains
12/02 - The Wolf Among Us - Episode 2: Smoke and Mirrors
22/02 - Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII
23/02 - The Last of Us: Left Behind (DLC)
25/02 - Diablo III (Normal - Witch Doctor)
28/02 - Hitman Absolution

Absolution in my opinion is not a bad game but it is thoroughly mediocre and if I sat in the camp that believed games should not tell a story this is one game I would use to argue that point.

Infamous 2-(PS3)

Welp talk about disapointment I really liked the first game despite it's many, many problems so I was really excited to see what they were going to do in the sequel well now I think it would be better if I'd never found out, most of my problemes are storywise so I wont go into them here but talk about lost potential, a bunch of set-up for nothing with a cast more forgetable than the first game! The game structure is almost a carbon copy of the first with no intention of inovating, the gameplay while better didnt blow my mind either and when the last power you get is the same last power you got on the first game well let's just say it takes some of the excitement away, the ice powers are pretty fun though ,also they should've just drop the morality system it's garbage both for gameplay and story, and please tell who was the genius that though adding necromorphs to infamous was a good idea so that I can slap him and while you're at it call whomever had the idea for the final enemy type in the game so that I can give him a medal because they were really cool.
So yeah if you dont mind a sequel that is just a minor improvement over the first game and dont care about the story of the first game(which I think 80% of infamous players didnt and with good reason,I still really like it though) this game will be a blast for you,if you're like me it will have it's moments but nothing more.

10th Jan - Call Of Duty: Ghosts (PS4)
2nd Feb - Assassins Creed 4: Black Flag (PS4)
3rd Feb - Killzone: Shadow Fall (PS4)
7th Feb - Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition (PS4)
8th Feb - Battlefield 4 (PS4)
9th Feb - Resogun (PS4)
17th Feb - Tearaway (PSV)
28th Feb - Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate (PSV)
1st Mar - The Walking Dead: Season 2 Episode 1 (PS3)

I finished Arkam Origins Blackgate on the Vita on Friday and found it more enjoyable that Origins on the PS3. Blackgate is a Metroidvania affair which took about 8 hours for me to get through which impressed me for a handheld game. Well worth a bash if your'e a fan of that style of game.

I also played Episode 1 of the second season of The Walking Dead last night. Obviously don't want to give anything away for those who haven't played it but it's a must if you enjoyed season 1. I paid upfront for the season pass and can't wait for episode 2 to hit.

Spoiler: show
02/01 - Tearaway
05/01 - Lego Marvel Superheroes (Vita) - I found this a complete chore to play, it's fun for the first couple of levels and then like the other lego games drags
18/01 - Borderlands 2 - What a game, I was really turned off with the first one. It didn't gel for me and I found it very similar to WoW in the terms of being "grindy". Borderlands 2 has been far more enjoyable, so much so that I've bought the GoTY edition and I'm now working through DLC with a mate.
21/01 - Borderlands 2 - Captain Scarlett and her Pirate's booty
26/01 - Borderlands 2 - Mr Torque's Campaign of Carnage
29/01 - Borderlands 2 - Sir Hammock's Big Game Hunt
19/02 - Saints Row V
01/03 - Dynasty Warriors Next
02/03 - Street Fighter X Tekken

Apparently, this is the year in which I enjoy the releases that other people found disappointing. Loved LR: FFXIII and I also love Thief (though the opening hour I not so much).

Gears Of War Judgement

Enjoyable throughout bar the bonus chapter you unlock which means the game finishes with a damp squib. Overall good fun.

6/1 The Walking Dead S2 Ep1
8/1 Child of Eden
20/1 Lego : Marvel Superheros
10/2 Zelda:LBW
12/2 Tomb Raider 2013

5/3 Batman :Arkham origins

Another solid batman game yet lacking the high levels of polish of the first two games. The game had some very good story beats and moments.
Is it me or was the decision to redesign some the the characters a bit odd as they seam to want this game to link in Hevaly to the previous ones from the city layout to foreshadowing events on asylum & city

Spoiler: show
Broken Sword 5 - Part 1 (PC) $50 Kickstarter (included all previous Revolution games on GOG)

Maybe a bit rougher around the edges than I hoped but I was very glad to be back pointing and clicking with George and Nico.
I look forward to part two.

Super Stardust Delta - (Vita) £7.99
I got the hero of the galaxy trophy to say I've completed all the planets but I'm far from done with the game. The best I've played in the Stardust series and one of the best games I've tried on the Vita.

Guacamelee! (PS3/Vita) £7.99
Played up to the last boss on PS3 and got so frustrated with the colour coded shields that I completely gave up (I'm colour blind by the way).
I never thought I'd finish it but when I was given a Vita I saw I had Guacamelee available to download so I gave it another try. Synced my save and bashed my head against a wall for a few hours before the credits.
Other than the colour stuff this game would have hit my top 10 last year easy. It nailed everything it set out to do in the gameplay department and the graphics and music are great. I understand the humour is too internety for some people but it didn't bother me. Easy to ignore.

Broken Age Act 1 - (PC) (About $30 including some tip jar contributions)
I loved it. I'm looking forward to some excellent pay off in act 2. If it lives up to my expectations I'll be shocked if it's not something I play again and again for years to come.
Even just the art puts it up with some of my favourite games ever.

Shadow Of The Colossus (PS3)
I can't fault it. I can't imagine any other games coming close to this in quality for a while. I have no idea why it's taken me so long to actually finish it. I played about half way through on the PS2 and got rid when the PS3 version was released and only recently had the urge to put any real time into it.
Probably the same reason I can't play any half life games. So much critical acclaim can be stressful to me as a player.

Mario and Luigi Dream Team Bros (3DS)
I've loved all of these games but this is the first one I've finished. It's probably just me but either the combat is ridiculously hard or I am terrible at it.
Either way it's a cool game well worth playing. I'm happy not to play any more of it though.
GTAV (PS3)
Fantastic looking world, much improved but still a bit ropey controls and I enjoyed some of the character switching stuff but I was very happy to see the end credits and trade it in.
