I know, that’s a pretty big, decent surprise I think.

But man, I’d have done anything for FTL.

Apologies, Switch release is next Thursday but out already on PS4. I don't know if they delayed or if I just got overexcited.

That said, Psyvariar Delta is out on the Japanese eShop already so I may take a punt.

I am getting the Spider-Man Collectors Edition, and the limited edition spider-man PS4 Pro! I don't usually splurge on stuff like that, but I just can't wait.

I think Spidey will be my Christmas break game, I’m all about the XBO for the foreseeable due to playing the head to head on true achievements :)

I thought I'd be right there for SNK Heroines but it seems rather simplified, more like Pocket Rumble or Blade Strangers. There's something unappealing about that control method for whatever reason. I'll wait for the reviews.

I’ll be keeping Spider-Man until Xmas too as I’ve got a few games to keep me going until Red Dead 2. I really hope Spidey is good as I love insomniac games and he’s definitely my favourite superhero.

Divinity Original Sin 2 appeared on the PS Store (and I assume for Xbox) sometime over the weekend.

I'm torn; I'd like to support them but it took me 30 hours to get out of the first area in D:OS1 (ongoing) and I bought Pillars of Eternity in a sale this year too (unstarted). There is literally no way I am going to get to it any time soon.

I have it on my rental list as I do fancy it but going to try before I buy. Going for the Switch version.

Well I was hoping the rental gods would send me Spiderman but I have SNK Heroines on Switch arriving tomorrow. I am going abroad next week and taking my Switch so will report back (like I will get chance with 2 kids he says internally :D )

Sorry fella, I saw that but didn't reply. I've decided to take a punt as my car unexpectedly passed its MOT first time - in my warped mind, I've technically saved money, so this is where it's going. Looking forward to comparing notes!

I’ve definitely justified purchases like that before, too!

We were given a sofa which was very expensive when new so I took it upon myself to buy one or two new items as basically someone had given me free money!

Love it. Makes no financial sense but it's a winner, and I totally get it. Find a fiver in an old pair of jeans? Result! Down the eShop I go!

I’ll be getting that capcom beat em up bundle, there’s some games in there that I’ve not played in decades.

And like a lot of things announced in the Nintendo direct last week, there’s not been much press around them not actually being Switch exclusives.

CrossCode is finally coming out! I backed the crowdfunding campaign for that, so I'm happy to finally get to play it. I avoided playing the earlier builds so I could save it until the proper release. Been looking forward to it for a long time.
