I was excited when I heard about the Capcom bundle but then I watched the trailer and I had noticed I had only heard of 2: Final Fight and Knights Of The Round which I own on 360.

Konami should get their fingers out and do one with Turtles, Sunset Riders, X Men, Simpsons, Aliens. That would be incredible

I have Konami Turtles on 360 and Simpsons on PS3, but there’s no way they’re getting those licenses together. Those games were delisted some time ago.

I also have X-Men on 360 but I’m not sure if that one is still available or not. It isn’t back/compat though I can tell you.

Same licensing problems with Aliens.

To be honest, I think all the Capcom games in those packs are at least every bit as good as the Konami games you mention, but obviously they won’t hold the nostalgic allure for you.

It’s a day one purchase for me though. In fact I’m even considering importing the wondrous looking Japanese deluxe pack:

Knights Of The Round was pretty good. Shame they couldn't include Cadillacs and Dinosaurs though :(

Think so, it was sold as a double pack on 360 and now backwards compatible. At least my brain think so*

There’s a “Network Test” version of Dark Souls Remastered available to download free on the Switch shop. It’s runnIng 21-23 September between 17.00-21.00 UTC, which I think is an hour behind GMT.

I lt feels so weird having Dark Souls on a Nintendo console. I loaded up the title screen before and was thrilled. In a very specific way, I'm easy to please!

I just read a review for this over at Rock Paper Shotgun, now I'm interested! Let us know how it is!

Nice, Psyvariar Delta out this week. I'm still absolutely buzzing off this game. Not been this into a shmup since Ikaruga and while it's not taken over my mind to that extent, it's a lot of fun - and that's probably much better than what Ikaruga did to me.

Might have a look at Moonlighter but possibly past caring since Dead Cells and Wizard of Legend and various little bits and bobs like that.

I really enjoyed FIFA 18 on Switch but I'll try to hold off on the this one til there's a sale. I really enjoy football games but they also seem like a waste of time in a way that almost no other games do. Bit weird, I know. I never feel I get any better at them, that's probably it.

Hollow Knight should also come out on PS4 and XBO in a few days, no? I'm definitely going to be buying that one as well as Psyvariar Delta thanks to the shmup fiend above me. ;)

Valkyria Chronicles is also on my radar but I still have to finish the first one so I think I'll wait a little.

Psyvariar and FIFA for me!

Still hoping forlornly that Hamster and Sony EU will sort themselves out and bring some more ACA NEOGEO stuff the European store.
No idea what’s going on there.

Valkyria all the way this week, then it’s quiet for me until Warriors Orochi 4 and Soul Calibur 6 next month.
