I didn't know that! Haven't been on my PC the past two days! That's exciting! I was willing to spend the $20 to play it, but now It will have only cost me the $1 I spent last week! Wowzer!

Desperate to play Cyber Shadow but our Game Pass just expired - my son got a gaming PC for Christmas, can’t extend our shared Ultimate (my name, his Xbox) to PC, so holding out until he actually wants something on there to renew it again in his name. Not sure yet how it works back the other way, but don’t suppose I can share his PC Ultimate on Xbox, so maybe Switch is the way forward here!

I'm ludicrously excited for The Medium on Jan 28, and Ys IX on Feb 2. I haven't been genuinely hyped for a game since Doom Eternal and Trials of Mana last year. But both those games have been must-haves for a long while now.

I think I knew about it being a series only game as the articles were mentioning the ssd being used for shifting between worlds or something

That's interesting isn't it, I'm sure they said there won't be any S or X exclusives for quite some time - perhaps they were referring to first party games. Understand that's frustrating for people not yet on the new gen on consoles, but at the same time I guess it's kind of good that the Xbox is actually getting some, or one at least, 'next gen exclusives' now.

Yes, hardly a system seller but an interesting approach to enhanced tech.

It let me start to download it (which I then walked away from).
