I might get myself a Game Pass for the occasion.

I think I saw Tony say he'll also be on so if my ship is full, i'm sure he'll be inviting others in too!

Sadly I might actually be over in England myself so unable to play, but once I return to lovely Denmark I'll let you know!

I need a ship! I have the game and need a crew. By the way this is delb2k posting under a new username as my old one would not let me in here :(.

But I am very much up for being a pirate on the high seas. Or low ones.

Out of interest has anyone got a discord for this?

How easy Is the game to get into?

I.e if I was to jump on board tonight do you have to wade through tutorials before being unleashed upon the seven seas?

Tempted by this “rare” opportunity but having made no investment in it already I’m thinking I’ll be a hinderance.

It’s downloading now

It’s soooo simple to pick up man, honestly :) .

There is no tutorial, at least I didn’t see/use one, just got guided by my mates for 5 minutes.

Sorry I missed that one guys. No pirate-ing for me :( might be about this afternoon, dependent on a few things. Anyone here can feel free to add me on Xbox any time of course.

I’m unfortunately going to have to give this one a miss as I’ll be literally between two houses.

I’d encourage anyone to join in though as we had a whale of a time last week, making our own fun and swapping jobs.

The best way to experience this game is with friends I think, just chatting and sailing.

It creates a great atmosphere.

What's the general consensus on this game then? I know TCGS were fairly down on it, but i still wish I had an xbox to try it out!

I am waiting to be sold on it still after 10 hours, which is why I'm looking forward to trying it with Darren!

It's certainly been Marmite so far but I think everyone agrees that Rare have a considerable amount of work to do to stop people dropping it after a few weeks at most (if not a couple of days!)
