Slight confusion over last years game night topic title remaining and a spontaneous one this year.

Nevermind! Smash bros next!

The group we were in really good. Definitely better than I was used to online. An effect of the subscription fee perhaps?

Chaos anyway.

Yeah they seemed especially great at it. Felt oddly reassuring to know that the game still has enough depth to keep people in and become that good, i just wish i didnt find out the hard way ;)

Always tricky to get people motivated to play an old game sadly, as we recently found out, but if by some chance we do all rally together on a date and turn up, i'll be sure to let people know.

How does Boxing Day night sound?

Apologies for the delay in response but lets get a feel for it

For me that evening will depend on whether or not football is going ahead (and whether or not I elect to go).
But don't base it on my availability!

A lot will depend on my current covid ridden household as if all goes well we will be out at my brother in laws but if my daughter gets it then we will be in and I’m up for it for sure

At the mother-in-laws all day (and overnight) unless Covid and/or restrictions strike :| Can do pretty much any other day between Xmas and New Year (though please don't rearrange on my account).

How do you folks arrange these things anyway? Does everyone meet up on Slack prior or is it simply a matter of a date, time and an online lobby?

With MK8 we've just gone online via a lobby code and theres no voice chat unless people want to set it up themselves.

How about Wednesday 29th at 8 til late.
