It was, I updated the theme the other day and swapped out all the old widgets etc. There's a new link now in the usual right-hand corner of the homepage.

Nothing at all to do with the forums except the "Where's the forum link?" question but nice work on the new website! Looks quite fancy.

Heh! It'll be back up, albeit in a different form, either today or tomorrow after I've gotten some of the other stuff sorted first.

So to make a suggestion I think it would be good to link the written content of the site here in the Forum too,I dont know if Im the only one but I tend to come to the forum direclty bypassing the main site so I end missing all that goes up there unless I happen to catch a tweet about it and since folks here like to discuss topics already I think bringing attention to the articles here would be good.

Agree with this point for the exact same reasons. I also come right to the forums, but the times that I have read some of the blog pieces, I've thought they were really good.

Hmm, okay. It's easy enough to copy and paste the body of text into a post so I don't see why not, so we'll start doing that from now on.

This is a test post, to see if this post appears at the end of the thread, or directly under Jay's original post.

EDIT : See! I posted this AFTER my post below, but because I quoted Jay it appeared under his post. Is it like this by design or accident? Anyway, thought I'd mention it and see if anyone else has noticed.

Something odd I've noticed happen a couple of times now - specifically in the games completed 2016 thread, but the problem may be forum wide. When I quote a post, rather than the post appearing at the end of the discussion as you'd expect, the new post is appearing directly under the quoted post. Is this happening for anyone else? It makes following threads just slightly more confusing!

Okay, this issue should now (hopefully) be fixed.

Is anyone else having any problems accessing the forum at the moment? Over the weekend a lot of times it wouldn't load at all, and when it does its being really, really slow. The rest of the Internet seems to be working ok for me, so I was wondering if it was just me or anyone else having difficulties?

No need for apologies! Just wasn't sure if it was an issue my end or yours. So to speak.....

Definitely ours, well our hosts' anyway.
Things still aren't right and poor old Jay's been tearing what's left of his hair out.

It's a real shame as we've so very rarely missed a Sunday podcast launch.
Still, these things happen, hopefully we'll be back up and running at 100% capacity in the not-too-distant future...

Thanks for the update, sounds like a whole load of issues to sort out. From here the forum is taking excessive time loading up and on tapatalk it's near impossible to update the feeds. Hope the hosts are going to provide some sort of help as everything seems to be taking a hit at the moment.

Still got a few kinks to iron out but things are running better than they were before (better than they've ever been in fact), no thanks whatsoever to Just Host - proving themselves to be thoroughly incompetent by actually making what should have been a relatively simple fix (for a professional) into a full blown f*ck up.

And so into the f*ckin' sea they went!
