Ah yeah I've had that a few times. Having had a fair amount of experience setting up forums using phpbb, I've never came across a plug in which would allow for that.

Yeah I guess if the site is doing a count on incidence there's probably no easy way to add it back in. No biggie anyway.

I guess Dishonored generated a lot of discussion in its time

The series listing is missing from the series 7 folder which usually is a useful indication of how many weeks away certain shows will be. I mean like this post here for series 6: http://caneandrinse.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=29&t=1738

‘‘Tis the time of year and excitement is building (has been for months really) for next years games list.

This/last year may have been a mistake but, can it be announced differently this year ??

Seeing the individual threads go up on the forum took away some of the magic of it, sort of drip feeding it felt a bit flat - for me anyway.

For us mere mortals, this is a great opportunity to get excited about the year’s list and potential interaction with it.

**It could drum up a bit of excitement for the Patreon too if it was unveiled social media.

We didn't just post the individual threads on the forum. It first went up as a volume listing on the website, which was also posted on social as a video with images and only then did I add the posts for each individual show on the forum.

Wrongly or rightly, I consider myself fairly plugged into the CandR media river - yet somehow I managed to miss that video, the website update and that video you just added to your earlier post J, I never seen it - it’s very good.

Out of interest what was the time period between that video going up and the threads being created on the forum ?? Weeks, days, hours ??

Just trying to give a bit of constructive info from someone that isn’t involved in the driving and steering of this media factory - yet gets excited about the upcoming years content being announced.

Just my 2p, but I feel perhaps maybe more of a fanfare should be made of the annual announcement, especially as the push for Patreon’s is an ongoing part of every podcast and it makes people feel more involved.

After all, I’m convinced that a big part of this websites success is member interaction.

It seems that the announcement content is clearly made and is of high quality - just maybe the timings could be looked at. Not over releasing the list early or anything but drumming up hype about the list (it’s big man, well it is to us anyway).

I’m uninformed, I know and it’s a busy time of year - I’m not telling anyone how to do anything !! - just could be something to think about.
