Battlestar Galactica: Blood & Chrome

Post by JaySevenZero »

I was a big fan of the re-imagining when it originally aired back in 2004 - well, for the first couple of series at least, before it descended into the quasi-mystical bollocks.

This new series, set during the first Cylon war, looks like it could be worth a watch.

Interesting. I thought the first few series were great, and the rest watchable. Is it going to be a full blown show? I know they were keen on web series...

I don't know. There are episodes on one of the Machinima channels that run at around 12mins each (I assumed they were just tasters) and it appears to at least be part financed by SyFy but they have scheduled a DVD and BD release so I assumed it would be of a standard series length

My understanding is 9-10 episodes of about 10 minutes to be shown as a movie on Syfy next year (in the US)
