Thanks Robotic.

When all said and done though, no matter how good a forum looks, it ain't worth spit without a community behind it so it's good to see familiar faces signing up and taking part again - we really do appreciate your support. We've still got some tweaks and extras to add to it over the coming weeks in order to try and give it, at least aesthetically, an individualistic feel and hopefully make this place a forum worthy of everyone's time.

Well we're already up to 35. The first 7 were all your C&R colleagues...

Thanks General.

If anyone is having any issues with any part of the forum and you think it might be a technical issue or something (avatars or sigs not working etc) you can let me know within this thread.

Look forward to contributing, it'll be nice to get a good community going on here as a couple of my favourite forums are dying at the moment.

Nice work Jay, looks very swish 8-)

Just a minor issue with avatars ...
It says the maximum size is 100 x 100 but it doesn't allow anything smaller than 100 x 100 either

That was deliberate. I kinda thought it looked better if everyone's avatars were the same size. What size was it you were trying to install?

Is there no option to have the forum resize avatars to 100x100 on its own? I feel like I've seen that in quite a few phpBB forums before.

There may be a mod or plugin that would allow that but not as a default in phpbb3.

If it helps anyone, there is a free online browser version of Photoshop for the basics, which will crop to a square and resize stuff quite nicely:

Great work on the forums. Never an easy thing to get looking good and these are looking great. Pats on back well deserved.
