The Sega Bus
The Sega Bus
Does anyone remember these things? I remember one came along to a local town show and being a huge Sega fanboi at the time I was ecstatic, they'd let you play new games and run competitions, I got a Sega goody bag for winning one of said competitions by getting the fastest run through of Green Hill zone 1 on Sonic with a time of 31 seconds, can't for the life of me remember what was in it almost 20 years on now though
Did anyone else get to go on one?

Re: The Sega Bus
I didn't sadly, but the FIFA truck is quite often outside the Amex these days.
Re: The Sega Bus
Nothing for me sadly even though I did hope to hop on the Vengabus one day
Re: The Sega Bus
Not the Sega bus but I did get into a bus with Scroobius Pip & Dan Let Sac which wobbled so much we were told to get off. It was wikkid.
Re: The Sega Bus

Re: The Sega Bus
We were never that lucky down this way to have the Sega bus stop by. I do remember them though, sooooo cool
Re: The Sega Bus
A bit off topic but did anyone go to one of the 3DS events before its release? Now thats how you do a PR event!
Re: The Sega Bus
Which one? I went to the one with DJ Yoda and Hadouken. I was in the advert and got invited and got paid enough for a 3DS!
Edit: I know the one you mean, it was in London and had a little tour guide style going on with actors and actresses playing the part of game folk. If you signed their survey you were taken backstage for an interview which lead to the advert

Re: The Sega Bus
It was a cracking event and did the job well. There was the launch party we went to which was aired on Sky Anytime. It featured my brother and I starting a moshpit in a very placid crowd and ending in some rib bruising fun. True story bro.
