Which usually also makes buying a preowned copy pointless, as I found out on Vita.
Imagine if it was the other way around though? You buy it a decade from now, the PSN store is closed down... Cart only has *10-2*.

I am very tempted to try MK11. I used to love Mortal Kombat all the way up to it being online and then I felt inadequate.

Thumper: Pocket Edition seems to have dropped on to mobile stores this week. Its pricy at over £4 but I have a ton of credit (from the Google surveys app) so took the plunge. It seems great so far, although very difficult and I'm not all together sure what I'm doing! Looks gorgeous though.

Arrgh! I've had the follwing thought process about the PS4 release of FF12 for about 2 years.

"Hey I should give FF12 another shot. There were good things I liked about it and I never got around to finishing it."
"But it's pretty long and has Vaan in it."
"Ah, that's not enough reason to not play it."
Goes and looks at prices for it.
"I'll just get stuck and frustrated at that big tower 80 hours in again. I don't have time for that"
Doesn't buy it.
Repeat from the start a month later.

Now I get to do that all over again with the switch version.

You could always simply buy every FF re-release you come across and never touch any of them afterwards. Works for me. I feel culturally enriched by having them sitting in my cupboard and lulling myself to sleep with fairy tales of "Maybe one day... zZzZzZ"

So yeah this game is practically impossible on a touch screen. Keep missing turns and when you have a button hold directly before a turn its almost impossible to switch in time. Still, it's given me a taste for the full game which I will now look out for in a sale!

I’ve heard the name but didn’t know what it was. Just saw it’s available on 3DS (as I don’t have a PC) so will put it on my wish list. Thanks!

I reckon about £6.99 on Switch - the Nintendo equivalent of free!

Woah Dave! was free on PS+ (PS4/Vita) a few years back. It’s quite cool I think.

Sea of Thieves' mega update is out this week but other than that I'm not really fussed by anything this week. Not sure there's much for me until Rage 2, which isnt a problem. Being a pirate with a bit of Spider-Man inbetween will keep me going until May 14th.

Thanks Leon! There it was in my library. It is very good and is definitely a one more go type game. Very similar to Super Crate Box in single player at least.

I want Rage 2, but I don't full price want it. I do have $77 in credit at a game shop down in Mississauga though... hmmst. Lemme finish Ys VIII and decide after that. I'm tempted to go to Yakuza 0 (half done, been a year since last played) or Dawn of Sorrow next.

I'm reasonably confident Rage 2 will go cheap very quick so I'll wait.

Bethesda games do tend to drop quick, especially their FPS games but I am more than happy to buy it and trade it in when i'm done.
