It was! That’s what gave me confidence to try the analogue replacement, as I’ve already been in there poking about
Haha, I love messing about with stuff. I remember the relief when I powered up again and all worked fine after I replaced a stick in my Vita. And again when my original NDS worked all OK after I'd used a screwdriver to link two parts of the circuit board whilst flashing the firmware
I nearly gave up on this game due to the controls (my own fault, playing it for short periods then dropping it and going back), persevering and focusing on it has paid off. It's so full of variety it's crazy. I do feel like this is top-tier Nintendo for quality (Stanshall - I demand you reassess this), speaking as someone who is very familiar with such top-tier Nintendo games as Mario Odyssey etc.
It almost reminds me of Goof Troop at times with the Gooigi stuff, Zelda-like with dungeon puzzles, and each level has a new bunch of tricks that keep it feeling fresh and innovative with fun puzzles & trials. I'm on floor 10 making steady progress. I don't want it to end! Not to mention the multiplayer which is a whole heap of fun.
That was a fun few games of Rocket League last night, Haze. If anyone wants to join us, you can add friends via Rocket ID (press right trigger on the main menu to add people) and it appears to be totally cross platform now. We'd be missing voice chat, but still more fun to play with friends. I'll probably be on again tonight if anyone is interested
Loved it Alex. Some great games and goals. Multiplayer gaming at its finest! I’ll probably be on later and join. Cross platform play sounds good, nice to know that’s possible too.

Nice to watch an Indies direct just now. Wasn't really anything that took my fancy, but they all looked nice.
Yeah, there was nothing that nothing really grabbed me either, but enjoyed watching it all the same. I’m going to play Blair Witch but it’s on Game Pass, and I’ve already played Exit the Gungeon on Apple Arcade - very slick but not my cup of tea.

I'm going to buy it immediately whatever, as I have to play it even if it doesn't work out, but I so hope that it's good!
