The toy wrestling figure, tricycle and dog nose I left for your son are worth about 1.3 million Bells... honest.

Honestly I expected nothing. People started dropping random bits of fruit and that’s just the friends of friends who passed the code on.

My son loved the gifts!

Going to open up later but a bit wary about posting it on twitter. Could be chaos but it’s probably the only time my island will ever see that much traffic. Shame it’s so barren!

Opening up for about an hour maybe more.
Dodo code: G4WXD

Last chance for turnip prices. Sorry I can’t keep it on for longer.

So I’m never doing that again. Posted it on twitter harmlessly thinking only my friends would see and I’ve since realised people search for dodo and turnips on tweet deck and swamped my island. Was hideous.

Reposted a relatively cryptic tweet without hot words so hopefully should only get to the people who want it. So my internet couldn’t handle the influx of people and crashed. New code is DSRM8 for AC Nips

Thanks so much. He will be over the moon. Before he went to bed I told him that people might be leaving him presents when they sell their turnips. So much stuff now!! Hot dog costumes, space suits, arcade machines, an RC car bed...

I’m working late today so probably won’t be able to show him tonight as it’ll be after bedtime when I get back. I don’t know who is more excited haha!

This sucks, I got my first campsite visitor this morning. Klaus, a grumpy looking bear. I thought to myself 'glad he's just visiting. Wouldn't want him living on my island'. But when I spoke to him he said he wanted to move here and I was given only two dialogue options to reply with:

"You should live on the island", and "Move here!"

FFS. What about, "No thanks Klaus, take your grumpy face elsewhere!"

Thats rubbish. He's being forced upon my nice little island!

I offloaded most of my turnips on Simonsloth's island, but had too many for one trip. As of noon today, I've confirmed that I'm on a Decreasing neep price for this week, so if anyone has decent prices and would be willing to open up their island for a few minutes, please let me know.
Cheers, all!

Has anyone caught a Tuna yet? I saw a list of creatures leaving in April and there were only two I hadn't caught. A blue marlin and a tuna. Managed to get the marlin this morning, need to try for the tuna before the end of the day!

Best thread on the internet.

(Apart from Alex' weird Daily Mail attitude towards my homie Klaus, of course. )

Yessir! You'll want to try at the same spot as you caught the Blue Marlin;
Spoiler: show
it's also found off the pier.
I seem to remember it taking me a bit longer to catch the Tuna than it did the Blue Marlin. But the same principle applies: use lots and lots of Fish Bait.

Blue Marlin will be back in July, but the Tuna won't return to the Northern Hemisphere until November.

Good luck!
