How do you send stuff to Switch friends? I wondered if that was possible but haven't found a way yet.

Well I'm covered for fruit now , but come on over.
Re: Animal Crossing: New Horizons - Swapsies!
Thank you so much Colin!
It was getting dangerously close to random twitter or rotten turnips... Neither of which were appealing

Just tried sending trees to Darren, but no dice! Seems the only way to give trees is to plant them, and you can only do that on Best Friends' islands.

Gah!
I figured, now that we're Switch friends, Colin, and I'd visited your island, that I'd be able to send you some oranges. Sadly, visits via Dodo Code don't seem to count to register a friend on the in-game Nook app.
Nintendo online is a special, special thing.

Ha, no problem I got the necessary fruit.
Thanks to all who came over, particularly for the fruit, gifts and bells. I received about as many bells from you guys as I got for my turnips.
And I discovered the shop closing music. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q84Ps9lps0c

This game has kind of ruined games for me at the moment. I've got so much I want to play on my Switch - Hyper Light Drifter, Doom 3, Bayonetta 1 and 2, Blasphemous, Mario Maker, Golf Story, honestly probably 10+ games I'm eager to play, but I always find myself dropping in to my island to do a few things and before I know it 3 hours has passed. I don't want to delete it, I like being there, but I want to play other stuff too! I always feel like I'm going to miss something if I'm not there, though. A turnip spike, a visitor, a random event... It's like it won't let me leave...
Oh also, thanks for the rug recipe, James

Yeah I thought that was weird. Visited Colins Island then you arrived too, but on my friends list only you show up and not Colin. You'd think they'd add the person you're visiting too!James wrote: ↑May 13th, 2020, 9:49 pm Gah!

So here's a thing...
I wonder how they managed it? Unless they've literally just mimed and a midi version of the song was added in post?

Ah I've just had an idea for my bedroom which might be brilliant, and might look terrible. Excited to try it out later on, I'll post the results...
EDIT: Oh god, four posts in a row... Sorry

Sorry, I broke your 5-post streak, Alex.

Re: Animal Crossing: New Horizons - Swapsies!
I sold half mine for 126 the other night after buying at 96. Half left (60,000 bells worth) and I was offered 68 this morning.

Re: Animal Crossing: New Horizons - Swapsies!
I'm down at 91 Bells, sadly.
As a last gasp push for a decent price, is it worth hitting up Twitter to see if anyone can at least help you break even, Alex?

Re: Animal Crossing: New Horizons - Swapsies!
I got a 129 price this afternoon on my island so at least making a 30% profit
