Re: Game suggestions for the podcast
Ooh I wonder if this is on the list, I think it would make a great show: California Games.

Are the Scott Adams text adventure games on the list? (Voodoo Castle etc.)
Is there any likelihood of anyone actually playing these?

Jesse would. Not sure if they're on the list Ill check.
We discussed text adventures more broadly on our Trinity show, but it's probably not a genre we're likely to return to that frequently.

I sort of figured that. I apologise if I've asked about those before, I couldn't remember if I had or not.

Re: Game suggestions for the podcast
Do you really think that Resi 8 and Super Metroid aren't on our list of several thousand titles..?

Re: Game suggestions for the podcast
Any classic/traditional roguelikes? They're a bit niche perhaps but they've obviously been very influential on the broader Roguelike/lite genre. Rogue, Nethack, ADOM are classics but pretty inaccessible by today's standards. Brogue, Dungeon Crawl Stone Soup, Tales Of Maj'Eyal, Caves Of Qud, Dungeons Of Dredmor, and Cogmind are modern classics that are more playable.

Re: Game suggestions for the podcast
Blimey, that's a lot of titles!
I'm not sure we have any hardcore genre enthusiasts among the team, but the original Rogue is certainly on the list, as I believe is Nethack.
I'll add the others as always so we can see if there's any interest among the gang.
But, probably don't literally hold your breath...
