Dang, that was my line!

Re: The "how do you do?" thread (aka New forum)
Hi everybody, I'm Aquila, I'm 29 and from Birmingham also.
I have a not so great job working in a bailiffs' office by day (long story...) but in my spare time it a combination of a LOT of projects I'm working. I'm helping out my girlfriend with a charity event, I'm slowly setting up my own YouTube channel with my own personal vlog rambling along with my own game reviews (working my way through Sleeping Dogs) plus I'm slowly working on my own music and other music for other people to. Most people know me from other forums but I'm finally doing something that I enjoy at hope (really hope!!!) to get paid for at some point. I have done some podcast with Gonzo Planet recently and hope to do a lot more soon though along with EVERYTHING else!

Re: The "Introduce yourself" thread
Hello there! Well done for finding us.
Re: The "Introduce yourself" thread
Veteran of GD but at the end of 2010 we had twin boys which has limited my gaming/internet time. I've been gradually getting back upto speed as the boys are growing so would desperately like to keep up with my main hobby more often than I was.

Hey stegg, glad to have you back!
Re: The "Introduce yourself" thread
It's awesome seeing so many old and new faces. Many won't know me, so I'm looking forward to getting to know you all.

In around 90 days time we will find out if this will be me telling the crew I'm to busy to record the show this week.steg666 wrote:Veteran of GD but at the end of 2010 we had twin boys which has limited my gaming/internet time. Good to see you on the forum mate

90 days hey?! That's flying by.
Thanks for the welcome. I'm looking forward to getting involved and probably becoming Tony's twin encyclopedia. I used to have a full head of hair before these two arrived

Re: The "Introduce yourself" thread
Hi guys, my name is Ste.
Was recommended this forum on Twitter by Simon. Not sure what he is called on here but its probably TheSonicMole. To be honest I don't know what it is this site does yet, as I came straight to the forums from twitter bypassing the main site completely. I'll catch up at some point but if the Mole likes you then it can't be bad here. Wish I could say the same for his interesting tastes in music.
Abit more about me then. I'm a 29, but fastly approaching 30, year old PC gamer, with a taste for strategy and action games. I usually hang around another site where I occasionally write the odd article and review but there's nothing wrong with abit of forum hopping from time to time. I'm currently playing Black Mesa, Deus Ex HR and abit of StarCraft to name but a few. I also enjoy walks along the beach and long wanks in the shower.
Looking forward to spending some time here unless of course simon is wrong about you all at which point I'll promptly bugger off!
Questions?

Welcome Ste, always interesting to hear how people find their way here, hope there's something here to keep you interested.

Re: The "Introduce yourself" thread
Hello all,
Been following Cane and Rinse on Twitter for a while now, and thought it about time to take a look at the forums. A few people I follow are always saying it's such a quality podcast, so I thought I'd sign up to the forums as well for good measure.
A little about me; 26, from Kent, Community Manager for darkForge games and writer for GamingLives. In my spare time I work full time for the old bill, so if you're all planning a murder, please carry on, just give me the heads up so I can busy myself with something else.

Which Darren was that then? We have several of the buggers floating about (maybe we should give 'em numbers instead).
