There's an article in this months Edge recommending 20 of the itch.io bundle games they've not covered before:

A morticians tale
Etheral
Heavy bullets
One shot
The white door
Beacon
Far from noise
Islands non places
Reky
Vignettes
Bleed 2
Future grind
Kids
Semblance
Wakamarina Valley NZ
Gunhouse
Last word
The stillness of the wind
Wide ocean big jacket
Dr Langeskoc the tiger and the terribly cursed emerald a whirlwind heist

I don't know if anyone else got it, but Humble offered me a free one month trial of their Choice Premium subscription. I guess because I have used them before? I couldn't find any news about it, but maybe check your email if you've used them before. Void Bastards is included this month.

That's a no brainer. I've got no regrets about paying full price back in January. Even if you only play a couple of AAA games all year you've had more than your monies worth.

The hugely fun and popular 'football with cars' game Rocket League is going free-to-play very soon.

(Possibly something to do with the lootbox/gambling issues I expect.)

Rocket league dialled back the lootboxes months ago, they’ve been firmly on the battlepass model for a while.

I'd have thought it was more likely they're not seeing much revenue from actual game sales any more and see a better option as getting as many people as possible playing it for free so they can make money off in game purchases. Makes sense, given that it's been around for so long now.

Who knows when I'll actually play it though...
I was just watching the Braid Anniversary trailer and I remembered you mentioned you'd bought the Witness ages ago, just wondered if you ever got round to playing it?

Don’t miss out on The Alto Collection free on Epic Games too. I must have put hundreds of hours into those two games on iPad. Brilliantly atmospheric and just a joy to play.

There's also Remnant: From the Ashes free on Epic, a very cool shooter with aggravating bosses (the game basically doesn't know how to do Souls style bosses when the player has guns, so it just throws in waves of infinispawn adds and stunlock kills). Worth a try though if you like over-the-shoulder shooters as some of the environments are cool looking, the combat in the levels themselves is great and co-op is easy and fun.

If ASDA deliver to your area, there are some other great prices on games, I saw Hitman 2 for £8. Wish they delivered to me

Xbox’s big summer sale is live. It appears to be mostly stuff that’s been on sale before, though I am tempted by that price drop on River City Girls.

Also, for under a fiver, is Mass Effect Andromeda worth a play?

Probably for that price, although I borrowed it and couldn't even finish it because I thought it was just bloody terrible.

Don't forget it's on EA Access too. I would have thought a month of that would be even cheaper.
