I hate everything and everyone at the moment.
Except Blathers ;)

I've developed a hatred for the Koopa races in Mario Odyssey. My 3 year old can't do them so looks to me. I think on 500 moon run through I didn't do any of the normal or extra ones. I'm crap at them.

Jesus Christ, man. The queue jumper comment. That's unfathomable to me. I'm fortunate that I've not seen or had to deal with any shit behaviour at the supermarket, just the odd person who thinks that if they walk round fast enough, they don't need to worry about social distancing.

As an aside, I found the clapping moving and uplifting and sincere the first time. By week two, it had already become adopted as a badge of honour by the Mail/Sun readers. Save NHS by not voting Tory, you fucking cunts.

This. But people don't like it when you bring it up in local news Facebook groups. What can you do...

I don't know mate, I really don't, but I hope you don't wear yourself out with it. It's an impossible pursuit.

Blathers is a genius.

The museum is worth the price of the game alone. Hyperbolic maybe but in this moment it’s positively therapeutic just wandering around drinking in the ambient music.

It’s weird because my museum is empty and sparse but I’m planning on filling it up and restoring it to it’s intended glory. Blathers you genius you.

Just heard one of my best friends is in intensive care on a ventilator. She went in to hospital for an operation for a perforated ulcer last week and contracted COVID-19 whilst she was there. She was stable but went really downhill all of a sudden last night. :(

Ah, horrible to hear Alex, all the best dude.

Hospitals are really a place to avoid currently, that said my father managed to get in there and out of there in just over a week and didn't contract it - but that over a week ago now.

In other less serious news as Alex's, my company are beginning to Furlough staff now, I had to tell the lad that works with me that he's being Furloughed today until the end of May.

Bloody horrible it is.

Sorry to hear your news Alex.

Concerned about the PM being taken to hospital, I think that's being downplayed

I wish they were up front and honest with us sometimes about stuff like this. I think the people I’ve witnessed consciously ignoring the current guidance thinking it’s not for them might stand up and take notice. Instead when he makes it out (I hope) it’ll be downplayed as a precaution. Having worked in ITU at St Thomas’ they don’t admit celebrities or politicians for nothing and rather than being a powerful message about this virus it’ll be more misdirection.

I had to go into London this morning for a meeting.

Naturally I drove in, which I’ve never done and man it was strange.

Empty, completely empty, all for construction workers and homeless people.

My meeting was at Hannover Square, which is just off Regents street and behind Oxford street - empty.

Blue skies, warm air and silence in the middle of town on a weekday.

Also, worth noting I feel was that you could clearly see for miles. The silhouette of Bishopsgate came well into view well before it usually does as you drive into London.

28 Days Later it very much was.

I never thought of 28 days later as an encouraging film. I always thought I was an optimist but youve outdone me!
