Okay, we have a date! The Xbox Games Showcase will be on Thursday 23rd July at 9am PT and, following Simonsloth's excellent and fun PS5 sweepstake last month, we're doing another one!

This isn't an official Cane And Rinse competition, I've just offered to step in and help, as someone who very much enjoyed the last sweepstake.

The details:
I've listed the categories in the next post on this thread. You can make your guesses now, and over the next 17 days. If you want to update your guesses as any new info comes out, please do so as a new reply, rather than editing your original post.

One winner per category, with the first correct answer being the winner. For categories 3 & 4, if no one guesses correctly, then the nearest answer will be the winner.

Prizes:
For the winner in each category, £5/$5/€5 (or equivalent) credit for your choice of Steam, Xbox, PS or Nintendo digital stores.

As an extra incentive to take part, for every person who enters, I will donate £1 each to POCinPlay, London Gaymers and SpecialEffect. These UK charities aim to help people in minority groups access and enjoy the amazing opportunities that games have to offer.

Yep, looks like Angry_Kurt played a blinder by picking the 'No date/price' option.

I'm happy with a games showcase, but I do wonder how much longer MS and Sony can stare one-another down on the date and price before someone blinks.

I'm watching the Maximilian stream for the pre-show which adds a bit of energy and entertainment. Seems the actual game announcements are starting now though.

Yep, pre-show announcements won't count for the sweepstake, of course, but Balan Wonderworld is going to turn some heads!
