Disney don't mess about with things they buy. look at what they have done with Marval! Hope they keep Lucas away from it!!!

If it does all go wrong then Simon Pegg might feel the need to wright a Spaced special to vent his anger about it!

Hopefully we'll get a good Star Wars movie, or at least some good Star Wars related side products.

2015 is a short time frame for a movie as big as this. Maybe it's going to be CGI film like the Clone Wars series is?.

Can't believe I went to see Episode I six times at the cinema. Mental as apart from Maul I can't stand it now.

pre prodution had started on the projet before the anoncement, I think Disney would push the date back if need be. YOur not going to mess up your first Star wars film if you just got the right too it.

I'm actually looking forward to see what they can do with it, you just need to look what they've done with TRON to see what they are capable of

I'm quietly optimistic about this. I reckon there'll be a lot of good directors out there who would love to have a Lucus free crack at a Star Wars film.

But only as creative consultant. He talks about handing it over to a new generation of film makes, which I read as meaning he dosn't want to be to involved, at least I hope.

Mark Millar seems to be hinting on twitter that Mathew Vaughn wants to direct which would be a great choice.

I wonder if this has anything to do with Vaughn suddenly quitting directing duties on the new X-men film? Freeing up his schedule perhaps?

A Bryan Singer Days Of Future Past, and a Mathew Vaughn Star Wars film both work for me.
