Ninja Gaiden Black's impeccable emulation is about the only thing that is making me seriously consider buying an Xbox One X.

...I'm a completely hopeless case, aren't I?

Game are doing a ''Get new games half price with selected games'' trade in deal:

https://www.game.co.uk/webapp/wcs/store ... eGamesWYTI

I have 1-2 Switch sat untouched since last Christmas so might be tempted
I repeated this deal today and got red dead 2. The manager wasn’t having any of it at first as they have updated their list of new games it qualifies for but I pointed out that 90% of their new list don’t have a 2018 release date.

1-2 switch still carries a trade in value of £20 so I was bartering for the sake of a fiver but I got there in the end.

On the first party front there's not been much. I really liked sea of thieved but it's an acquired taste.

Horizon 4 is good, too!

Its a great box for 3rd party stuff and gamepass has some corkers on it.

Hopefully Crackdown 3 is good

Yeah, I’m pinning a large amount of hope into this too.

Loved the first one and enjoyed the second - even though it was pretty poor in terms of a follow up.

Out in February I think.

I’ve seen Andromeda for as low as 4 quid in some of the XBO online sales (where gold members get extra discount)
Just noticed it is on Ea Access "free" as it were if you are a member

Gonna bump this up the thread list as a reminder to anyone who's interested: Subnautica is free on the Epic Store until the 27th December. Thereafter it'll be Super Meat Boy that's free for a couple of weeks.

It's another store trying to get us to periodically frequent, but free games is free games. ;-)

LEGO The Lord of the Rings is also free on Humble I think, or at least it was.

Also, there's another massive PSN sale.

I bought both Mega Man X collections, Castlevania Requiem and even FF7. I'm thinking of giving the latter another shot after reading all of the enthusiasm in the podcast correspondence.

Yeah there's some great stuff on sale. I'll probably pick up Megadrive Collection, The Gardens Between and a couple of other bargains with my Christmas money.

Not a single game I want to buy. I will have to ponder the significance of this.

Maybe Super Mega Baseball 2 in the new year.

I've not really bought anything in the sales yet and probably won't as I've got enough on the go as it is.

I would probably get Yokus Island Express given the chance, though!
