The Nintendo news and discussion thread
Re: The Nintendo news and discussion thread
It's basically a clicker with a Sylvanian Families skin.

Hmmm, not really. Certainly a ‘Marmite’ kind of experience though!
Perhaps listen to our podcast on it, Amiduncan?

Hahah
.
Animal Crossing for me is a daily check in, wind down kind of game.
It’s a Tamagotchi town basically.
I can’t wait to start checking in with it each evening and doing half an hour or so.

Few of us are well up for it - do it.
I wanna start trade unions and everything
Re: The Nintendo news and discussion thread
I used one of my Nintendo tokens to preorder it, and what a gorgeous little icon it has.

Re: The Nintendo news and discussion thread
It’s nothing like sourpuss old Clippa describes.
With his boring, soulless, dead, one track opinions make out.
Listen to him and you’ll play nothing but the Windows Ten splash screen.
Be new, be exciting, be adventuress, be a Nookling.
Ad - Trust me, it’ll be dope

Re: The Nintendo news and discussion thread
I'm really tempted by this and I'm not sure why. I think I'm just looking for an aimless winding down game. I enjoyed the Gamecube original and the one on NDS I guess but never really got mad in to them, never played any of the others.

I mean, I'm one to talk here. But still.

Re: The Nintendo news and discussion thread
I wouldn't go to him for an opinion on modern Nintendo, but clippa is one of the great enthusiasts of the board. Sorry if I misread the tone, I have both tonsillitis and a fucked back and not myself. At least Liverpool lost.

Re: The Nintendo news and discussion thread
Why, did you german suplex your arcade stick this time around? What happened to the old smack?

Re: The Nintendo news and discussion thread
Sorry lads, hundred percent humour bypass due to trapped nerve in back and fuck all sleep in three days. The tonsillitis is a footnote. I am ready to retire and become a full time streamer with one/zero viewers playing visual novels.
I can't even get excited for the Shmup Slam. Sorry to be so serious, I'm totally on autopilot. Knackered.
