Re: Animal Crossing: New Horizons - Swapsies!
I bought turnips for the first time at 97 this week. After two days of 70s the price has shot up to 140. Sell! Sell! Sell!
The turnip dynamic is very different when you don't have an online subscription.

Yeah, I bet.ColinAlonso wrote: ↑May 6th, 2020, 1:30 pm The turnip dynamic is very different when you don't have an online subscription.
I imagine it takes a lot of the stress out it and but still remains very fun.
I've stopped playing this now, for the time being - although I have some friends coming over tonight for Pears and Apples.
Nice.

Actually I yeah I still need some fruit. I've only got peaches, coconuts and pears.

178 per turnip for me. Upward trend as I was 110 earlier

I shipped all mine off yesterday for 120 bells, only made a 21 bell profit off each, but my predictions weren't good.
But, in other news, I read somewhere that the way fruit works is that you start with one kind, you get sent one lot from your mum by post, then on the mystery islands you only ever find either the same fruit you started with as well as coconuts. Someone told me for all other types of fruit you have to go to friends islands. Well its not true, after dozens of mystery island trips I finally found a new fruit last night, cherries! I couldn't believe it when I landed and saw then on the tree, I was well excited haha!

Oh, absolutely. Other types of fruit are rarer on mystery islands, but you'll definitely find them. It's quickest to have a friend donate fruit to you, but you don't need to at all.

Celeste is on my island tonight if anyone wanted to pop over for the DIY card and to make a few wishes
