The world of Game of Thrones is oddly compelling, despite it being almost relentlessly grim. Disruptor Beam have created a very unique take on the world with their creation of Game of Thrones Ascent. A social RPG, it places the player into the role of a minor lord within Westeros and they can hire mercenaries for fight for them and raise their profile within the vast and dark realm that is Game of Thrones.
