By the year 2000 the popularity of the traditional point and click adventure was waning. However, Lucasfilm felt there was enough left in the well for one last jaunt to hang with the pirates of the Caribbean. Leon, Ryan and Tony – along with contributors from the listenership – wrestle with the keyboard-based tank controls, moon-logic puzzles and Monkey Kombat in their attempts to Escape from Monkey Island.
