Ahead of the sequel’s latest re-release, we revisit Konami’s 2001 sci-fi mech action game Zone of the Enders. Leon, Karl and Michiel ponder Hideo Kojima’s level of involvement, whether the game – even the 2012 HD Edition – holds up in 2018, and – along with community contributions from the forum and Twitter – marvel at Yoji Shinkawa’s robot designs.
