“Get bananas back from the Tikis!”
In our latest podcast on the bequiffed ape, we land late in the Wii era with Donkey Kong Country Returns. 16 years after DK’s third outing to the Country (see podcast issue 389), Retro Studios took up the reins and attempted to wrangle the hairy simian into the 2010s. Leon, Brian, Darren and Michiel have all beaten this notoriously challenging game – ‘waggle’ and all – and, along with contributions from the Cane and Rinse community, want to talk about it.
