Project Gotham Racing / Project Gotham Racing 2 – Cane and Rinse No.262

“Hot cars, sweet moves…”

The engines are revving and the lights are green as Karl, Tony and returning guest Gary Blower (@Xantiriad) discuss Bizarre Creations new racing venture, Project Gotham Racing, created to launch along with Microsoft’s first foray into the gaming market with the Xbox console, before discussing the sequel two years in the making, featuring perhaps the most diverse range of racing locations seen, with Project Gotham Racing 2.

Was it just more of the same, there to make up the numbers for a console launch or was it a fresh take on the racing genre?

  1. A fantastic podcast from start to end.

PGR 4 and PGR 2 tie for the best in the series however I completely agree that PGR 2 was and is incredible.

  2. And here is the picture of Jack Black mentioned in the podcast: http://abload.de/img/jackblackonswc.jpg
